• Preseason Training (Commencing 5th Feb) - Monday & Wednesday nights from 6pm to 7pm

• Normal Season Training - Tuesday & Thursday nights from 6pm to 7pm

  • • • Dinner in club rooms each Thursday night from 7pm to 8pm

      • Sports Trainer in attendance also (for treatment of or prevention of injury)

• COMMENCING April 2nd (Tuesday)

• 6th April - Round 1 - Season commences
